Here are the MANDATORY requirements for this position:
1. This is a FULL TIME or PART-TIME position that requires weekday working day shift (9am - 4pm). To start, it will be a zero hour contract, and given a shift rota as needed, however after 3 months, a review will take place. Sometimes there will be more, sometimes there will be less.
2. You MUST be self motivated to take MASSIVE ACTION on the objectives we have. You will start working directly with our warehouse team managed by our Director, Kylie Thomas and warehouse manager. Kayleigh Carne.
3. Ideally you will have SOME experience, knowledge, interest and skills around online business, Amazon FBA and warehouse operations. You should have some skills using tools/websites like: Slack, Google Sheets.
4. You MUST have a passion for self-development and be a positive, motivated person. Our company values and culture consists of continually self-improvement and adding value to others, so we only want to work with someone that is aligned with that.
5. A Non-Disclosure Agreement to be signed. You are coming into our business and be introduced into company systems. This means we want to work with you, but we want to have a confidential agreement between the both of us that internals of our operations are not shared publicly.
6. You MUST follow Warehouse Health & Safety Guidelines. Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19), the company has implemented with the advice the government the correct codes of conduct to keep all our staff safe during this times. All rules should be strictly followed.

Here's some of what's involved in this position:
1. Working weekdays Monday - Friday in our day time shift. To be determined weekly and shift rota will be shared. Day Shift: 9am - 4pm.
2. You will be hands on involved with the processor and preparation of products such as labelling, bubblewrapping, bundling, bagging and much more.
3. You will be expected to have great housekeeping skills, tidying around your work, following instructions clearly.
4. Working with our existing warehouse teams helping with daily operations.
5. Communicate effectively and work towards Key Performance Indicators. Communication is critical.
6. Salary will start at national living wage.
