Here are the MANDATORY requirements for this position:
1. This is a FULL TIME position that requires weekday working day shift (9am - 4pm). To start, it will be a temporary position, however after 3 months, a review will take place and if successful, a full position will be offered.
2. You MUST be self motivated to take MASSIVE ACTION on the objectives we have. You will start working directly with our Business Development team with Mitch.
3. Ideally you will have SOME experience, knowledge, interest and skills around Sales, Business Development & Customer Support for working with people we serve and enquire. You should have a passion with working with people as this will be a primary focus of your role. Everything from strategy calls, to enquiry emails, to answering questions on video or phone calls.
4. You MUST have a passion for self-development and be a positive, motivated person. Our company values and culture consists of continually self-improvement and adding value to others, so we only want to work with someone that is aligned with that.
5. A Non-Disclosure Agreement to be signed. You are coming into our business and be introduced into company systems. This means we want to work with you, but we want to have a confidential agreement between the both of us that internals of our operations are not shared publicly.
6. You MUST follow Warehouse Health & Safety Guidelines. Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19), the company has implemented with the advice the government the correct codes of conduct to keep all our staff safe during this times. All rules should be strictly followed.

1. Working weekdays Monday - Friday in our day time shift. Day Shift: 9am - 4pm.
2. You will be hands on involved in office with our team working on everything included within Business Development, sales such as enquires, phone calls, strategy plan recordings and working direct with wholesalers, exclusive brands, customers and potential customers.
3. You will be working directly with our Business Development team, Mitch.

5. Salary will start at national minimum wage.
