I understand that in exchange for speaking services and the required travel requirements (Travel / Accommodation) the Event Organiser agrees to pay Kev's speaking fee and 50% deposit will be due at signing contract and 50% due 2 weeks prior to event date. All payments are in GBP + VAT (If Applicable). The Company may cancel any time until the final payment has been made (at loss of deposit). Should Kev become ill or unable to attend for other reasons, all fees will be returned.
