5 Reasons Why You Should Start an Amazon Business Today

In this blog post, I am going to go through 5 reasons why you should start an Amazon business today, then i am going to explain why.

1 – Protection  

The first reason you should start an Amazon business is one of the most important ones, which is protection. Protection for you, your life and your family's life. Having a business which you are in control of, that you can own, grow and manage, is really amazing and positive.  

2 - Amazon 

Amazon themselves are a great reason to start an Amazon business. If you are going to go into a business or start a business, whether it is part-time or full-time, you are blessed to know that Amazon is not going to go anywhere. Amazon have spent the last couple of decades building trust and good-will that it is a part of culture. Amazon is known globally and they are rapidly expanding everywhere. Amazon have put so much development in their own process and systems to gain that trust of customers, and it is pretty much guaranteed that you will never meet someone who has not heard of Amazon. People are spending billions of pounds on Amazon each year and it is increasing by year. If you are going to build a business around another business, Amazon is going to be a super safe option for you. 

3 - Physical Products  

If you are going to start some sort of business, you actually starting a business around physical products and selling goods, it is going to be in the top 3 of which you are going to start. Physical products are something the entire world is going to need, whether it is groceries, essential goods, cleaning products, toys, games, DVDs, sports and outdoors, gardening equipment, beauty products and many more. There are essential items that everyone needs and Amazon is where those customers are going to. Physical products are not going to go anywhere, there is always going to be a need for something, which means products is a great way to start a business.  

4 – Skills 

A great reason why you should start an Amazon business is because you are going to gain some great skills by doing this. There are going to be so much that you are going to learn as a business owner. You are going to learn skills such as accounting, financial management, selling; you’re going to gain more confidence, productivity and so much more. You are going to learn brand-new skills - what to look for, what not to look for, learn how to communicate with suppliers. These are all super useful and transferable skills in life. You will grow in the same proportion as your business grows, there more you grow, the more that your business will grow.  

5 - Future Expansion 

Yes, you are working and going to be selling on Amazon, but Amazon is not the only place where you can sell physical products. You can create your own websites, your own brands, your own Facebook shops, you can create anything revolving around physical products. If you want to build a brand in physical products and you start in Amazon, and depending on what business model you start on Amazon, whether it is retail arbitrage, online arbitrage, expanding onto wholesale or private label, if you start on Amazon, where they have the traffic, over time, you can start to build the traffic, so that you have got the assets and you can start your own websites, stores, communities and groups. You are creating a brand from nothing to everything, and it has all started with Amazon.
