How Can You Be Consistent In Your Life & Business Taking Massive Action Everyday?

This blog post is going to share with you, how you can be consistent in your life. If you want massive success in your life, if you want to take massive action every single day, then it is going to come down to consistency - taking massive action consistently over a long period of time, which will compound the result that you want.

This blog post, I am going to be going through some tips which Kev has learnt since 2015, when Kev and Kylie started building their online business, where they were able to quit their jobs and move out into a warehouse within 12 months. It completely changed their lives. It all came down to the ability to be consistent every single day.

Belief, Psychology, and Practical Point of Views

When it comes to consistency, there are a number of things, from a belief point of view to a psychology point of view, to then a practical point of view, and what you can actually do in life.

From a psychology point of view, there are a number of things which play a key part in consistency. If you think of the consistency as an iceberg, underneath the practical side, 80% is the psychology, 20% are the mechanics in real life. 

Have a Standard and Belief in What You Are Doing

When you have the belief where you are actually making progress and working towards something, that is where consistency is going to be key. If you don't have the belief in what you are doing, then you are going to stop being consistent and eventually stop. Having a standard and a goal that you have set yourself, where you will commit and you will finish what you have started, that commitment and discipline, and finishing what you start. So, if you are going to have a challenge for 100 days, if you are going to work out at the job, or if you are going to set yourself a goal which is going to take years, then you are going to finish it, do it and follow through. It is all about having that standard which you have set upon yourself. 

Remember Why You Are Doing It

It also comes down to the reasons why you want to do it, not just from a thinking that you need to do it, but more of the pain and pleasure principle. It is what the circumstance of consequence if you don't do it, and what will happen if you do. You need to be consistent in your life day in and day out, and if you don't, then you may never experience the freedom which you want, you may never experience the lifestyle which you want, the options, the opportunities that you want, and that's painful - It drives us. There is a difference between push motivation, willpower, and you saying that you are going to do this to pull motivation. It is now from a spirt point of view, pulling you forwards.

Have a Support Network Around You

Masterminds and coaches are so important. Having friends or family which will help you and keep you consistent. They say that you are the average of the 5 people closest to you, and if for example, you were training to do a marathon or a challenge, and you are training day in and day out, then you have an off day, and that day, you say to your friends that you just want to go and get pizza instead, then what they are going to say if you have a great peer group, who have standards of "No, we will do it", then they are going to say no, and that you need to keep consistent, and you need to take that massive action. And if you have that respect for your peer group, then you are not going to want to let them down. 

Clarity 

You have got to work on yourself. You have to understand and take a moment to think about what you want to achieve in your life. Where is it that you want to be? What do you want to do? What do you want to experience?

Goal Set

You have got to do some goal setting. Without goals, what are you working towards? What are you consistent towards? You have got to record yourself and review yourself, are you making progress? When you start to make progress, you start to build momentum, and when you start to build momentum, there is no stopping you - you become consistent.
