10 Ways That You Can Monetise Your Reseller Warehouse

In this blog post I am going to be giving you 10 ways that you can monetise your reseller warehouse. And the goal behind this blog post is to explore these different ideas, so if you are thinking of going into a warehouse, or you may already be in a warehouse, then this is going to be a great blog post for you! 

moving into a warehouse is a very complex process, you may not want to move into a warehouse, even if you do want to move into a warehouse, you really want to think long and hard on whether warehouse life and warehouse operations is for you. If it is, then fantastic!

Your Amazon FBA Models

The first one is your Amazon FBA models. You may be in online arbitrage right now, you may be in retail arbitrage, wholesale, exclusive brand deals and private label. You could build a full fantastic business based on either of these.

Outsource to Other Marketplaces 

The second one is then expanding from eCommerce, this is now then, not just Amazon FBA, but this is now looking into doing Shopify, eBay and other marketplaces alongside Amazon. So, this is expanding not just your Amazon FBA business, but looking on other marketplaces to sell as well.

Affiliate Marketing

The third is now coming away slightly from eCommerce. The third is something which we call affiliate marketing. This is recommending other tools and services which you are using within your warehouse to others. One of the things which we have done other the year, is we have learnt a lot about different equipment, different security, insurances, general waste, and so many things to do with tools and the softwares which we have. One way that you can monetise is simply sharing and recommending others some of the things which you have in your warehouse.

Events, Experiences and Masterminds 

The fourth way that you can monetise your reseller warehouse is through in-person or virtual events, experiences or masterminds. This is you developing an experience and support for others. We have this in our business, where we have monthly masterminds, where we have group Zoom calls with our partners and our inner circle members, but we have also done different events in the past, we have had what we call our VIP warehouse experience, where we have people who come for 2 hours and have a private tour, sit and talk about their business, and deciding on what they can do to achieve their goals. These are experiences which you could make.

  Prep Service and Fulfilment Centre

The fifth way is by providing a prep service or a fulfilment centre. This is something which we do with Systemise Fulfilment. This is where, if there are people out there who are not interested in prepping or warehouse. You will help your partners prep and ship their products, support their business and do everything you possibly can with the team that you built.

A Storage Service

If you have space, if you have storage, or if you have the ability to store, you could create a storage service to utilise the space that you have. There are many things which you may want to think about such as security, access, and if you are going public, make sure you have got all the insurances in place.

Coaching and Consulting (Information Products)

You could share your experiences by being a mentor or coach to other people who are wanting to outsource into a warehouse. You are developing a team, framework, blueprints and much more. You are going to meet so many people by outsourcing to a warehouse, and even make many new friends. You could even create different information products.

Starting a Car Park

Depending on the location, and depending on the size of your warehouse - once you have a big warehouse, you may want to explore starting a car park. You could rent out your space. This would be a great idea for you to monetise your warehouse.

Room Hire

These could be for meetings and working space. Again, depending on the amount of workspace you have, there may be people from local businesses who would be interested in renting out a room.

Equipment/Support Hire

This is a potential idea for you, if you have the equipment, let's say your warehouse is near a building site, and someone is looking for some forklift work, you could possibly rent out your forklift truck to them. The same with other equipment that you have.
